Superior Vision Discount Card

The Superior Vision Discount Program is a free benefit available to all NCRGEA members. You and your dependents may use the discount at any of Superior Vision’s participating program providers.

The NCRGEA and Superior Vision are happy to offer this discount program for your vision care. Superior Vision provides vision care including eye examinations, prescription eyewear, contact lenses, and additional discounts for add-ons and upgrades through a broad-based provider network of ophthalmologists and optometrists. The plan also contracts with a large number of national and regional optometric chain locations.

To locate a participating provider that honors the discount plan, visit the Superior Vision website www.superiorvision.com, click on Locate a Provider and enter your Zip Code when prompted. Then, select the network Superior National then select Locate for a list of providers and their services. If a provider honors the discount plan, “Accepts Discounts” will be listed under Services Offered. You can also call Superior Vision at 1-800-507-3800 to assist you in locating an eye care provider in your area.

The vision ID card entitles you to receive discounts on services available from in-network Superior Vision Plan providers who are identified on the Superior Vision website as providers who accept discounts. Important items of note:

  • You do not need to obtain prior approval to receive services
  • Show your discount card to your provider for identification
  • Receive your routine eye examination*
  • Select your eyewear and/or contact lenses. You may use your discount card as many times as you like.
  • Receive your scheduled discount off the provider’s regular retail prices (received at time of service)**

  • Discount benefits are available to dependent family members
  • Family members all use the same vision discount card

*Some independently contracted providers may not accept a discount on their exam. Please make sure to confirm their participation prior to obtaining services.
